Pontian wanton mee is a very famous and popular food that spread among the people which is in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Batam and as well as the locals. One of the famous wantan mee that located in Pontian is Heng Heng wanton mee. As I am the local people at Pontian, so Heng Heng wantan mee is very familiar food to me and also for the locals. It is because Heng Heng is a family business that running more than 60 years. As I know the speciality of Heng Heng wantan mee is most of their ingredients are freshly made by their own. For example their noodles, char siew and also wanton. Beside that their noodles are made with huge amount eggs, flour, water and others ingredient. Others than that, their wonton is being made by the seasoned mince pork that mixed with the bream( a kind of fish) that is being dried and also their handmade grilled char siew.
