Yuan Kee Chicken Rice Shop is located in Skudai, and they are mainly selling Roasted chicken. Their roast chicken was roasted in a suitable period of time so it make the skin of the chicken is very crispy. Beside that not only the skin is very crispy but the meat  is juicy and tender. Furthermore their rice is very fragrant and fluffy but not too oily compare to other places, and the most important things is their rice is not stick all together.

Yuan Kee chicken rice mainly sells roast chicken, the reason that their roast chicken taste is different from the others is that they will roast the chicken first on the burning charcoal and then roast it on the modern roast machine to make sure that the chicken can be faster to be cooked , rather than others chicken rice store after slaughtering the chicken, they dry it using the fan and just roasted it. So it make the chicken have the aroma of charcoal and it have keep all the juice of the chicken meat make the meat become very juicy and tender.
