Tang Chuan is an old established name of over 50 years in freshly made Chinese Dimsum in Ayer Hitam. It is a famous Dimsum shop for letting local people to having breakfast. Since the shop is famous so that the food in the shop are sold out very quickly and early. The owner tell us that they will open their shop until they sold out all the food.
The most popular food in Tang Chuan Kopitiam Is the Da Pau. Da Pau is the most tradition pau in Chinese cuisine. In Chinese "Da" means that the size is big so the the size of the Da Pau is big compare to other Pau. It is very easy to get full for your breakfast when having a Da Pau. The ingredients inside of Da Pau include pork, egg and so on. It is so delicious! Every festival, to take away Da Pau is need to book or it's gonna take an hour or two to waiting.
Tang Chuan is a popular place for locals to get a gathering as their dim sum here are delicious and with a reasonably price. Many Singaporeans also stop over the shop for having breakfast when passing by Ayer Hitam on the way to their destination. Other customers will also take away their famous Pau to enjoy at home or in the office.
