Xidao fish balls as known as YongPing's FooChow fish balls. The Xidao fish ball are well－known through out YongPeng. Many tourists or who is living there must have tried the dishes in this shop or visit the shop as they are so popular and famous.

Foochow fish ball is unique as it taste like wanton except that the minced pork is warped in fish paste instead of wanton skin. Foochow fish ball blend with fish and pork flavours that will provide an interesting texture when having in your mouth. This kind of dishes is not easily can be found except the places that had a lot of FooChow people that stay at there for a long time. Furthermore, the dried noodles that serve by them are very aromatic as the noodles is coated with their special dark soya sauce and full with the fried onion and it make the whole dish become very delicious.
Beside that they had also serve some side dishes for example beancurd and fried fish cake. Both of this dishes were crispy and the fish cake is very a soft inside with the nice sweetness of the fish.
